The singer for Foo Fighters is a Sci-Fi nut. The name Foo Fighter came from WWII to identify flying saucers. So keeping with that theme, here is an idea for a billboard ad that uses the panel of lights for communication to the aliens in the movie “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”.
